Nope, haven't found a costume, and I have been to the Winners here. I remember a few years back I saw them everywhere and couldn't wait to have a baby so I could dress her up in one.

Rob, when we move into town it will be easy to get together. Easier, anyway. Hailey is so freaking cute in that picture BTW.

Keira, I know your frustration, I went looking for a Halloween Costume to LITTLE baby Hailey and there are none. I looked almost everywhere I could think of. They only have toddler ones. I don't know why this is. I thought I saw baby ones before somewhere another year. Did you have any luck yet? If you did, please let me know. Are you guys going to be able to go trick-or-treating?

Those pics of Gina are SOO cute :) It sucks that she is screaming lots now. Do you think that is going to stop now?

Hey everyone.....Key, Gina is sooo darn cute......two teeth WOW! is she attempting to crawl yet??? what a little munchkin.....everytime i go into a store i always check the halloween costumes out and ya the smallest are usually toddler...however i did at some point see a cute little bunnie outfit in winners in the baby section so they may have something there..... Samantha.....details details......its always sooo exciting to hear about NEW/OLD boys!!! hehehehe

Hello everyone - hope you've all had your share of turkey, smashed potatoes and pumpkin pie this weekend!! Gobble Gobble!
My weekend was great, my mom is in town from Medicine Hat, AB so I got to spend a nice weekend with her and my grandparents...and to top it all off my boyfriend met my mom and grandparents last nigth when he came over for dessert and a drink. It went soo well!! :)
On the topic of boyfriend I have to indulge as Key asked me to.....I'm dating Lee again, this is time #3 and it'd going great!! Seriously I don't have the words to describe the way I feel, we feel or anything. We went away a couple weekend ago to Whistler and it was the best weekend full of surprises, laughter, fun and love. Uggh Key I have to call you with more details...but I don't think I have your number - email it to me.

Too bad you couldn't come to my birthday festivities Keira. My sister and Adryan were really looking forward to meeting Angelina and and having Angelina meet Hailey! Oh well, it was a lot of fun. Maybe another time we will all be able to get together or something.

I have been SO swamped with school work lately. It is midterm time this week and then first essays in the next couple of weeks. It's tough having 7 classes (2 distance because of my sister's life-threatening pregnancy that I got extensions on). September REALLY did fly by. The entire summer actually. It is insane!

What are you guys all doing for Thanksgiving? Wow, you seem to have a really packed weekend Keira. I have no idea what we are doing yet. It is our Thanksgiving with Greg's family, but they are going away for the long weekend, so now we only have plans to go to Brett and Sheena's (our friends) house in Falkland for dinner. I will have to see what my parents are doing.

PS. Keira, where is your dad moving to? I haven't heard this news.

Yup, time sure is flying. I know the feeling, Ang, becuase I planned our wedding in just 3 months! And as you may remember, everything crapped out at the last minute and I had to redo alot of stuff including the location and the flowers. M&M are getting married this year, hopefully January but we'll see.

We were looking at buying a place. The problem is that we still plan to leave in a year (or at least we're keeping the option open). So in order to be worth it, the property value of whatever we bought would have to go up enough to pay all the real estate fees plus make up for the mortgage payments. We built a big spreadsheet and calculated that we'd get farther ahead renting for one more year and be able to save a good downpayment for the next place. Plus, relocating would be a pain in the ass if we had to sell a house. Anyway, we're renting a house in town starting at the end of this month.

It took me three days to write this blog. Angelina is so mad she screams all day and won't even sleep. Poor baby. I am so excited for when she gets a little older.

Hey Keira that would be awesome if we could use the arbour! I don't know if I mentioned it but they are moving the one at the park to down below by the playground!!?? Wow, I didn't expect decorations for it too! :) cool. I had the same thing with the Guisachan House... couldn't tell ya. Are they getting married?

Yes, I am back to work and in the swing of things again... I started back Aug.1 and am working out of the Armstrong station now. I love it here so much more! Too many problems with co workers in enderby. The back is better-my energy healer guru guy fixed me!

Wow! Where the hell did September go, and Aug and the rest of the year!!! Does anyone else feel the same way?? I guess you said the same thing when you were planning your wedding too hey Keira? but this year has gone fast! Do you guy's know when or if you are moving down the hill before ski season??? where are you thinking of going? Armstrong still? are you still looking at buying or just renting(pissing your money away like the rest of us! :) ?

Daddy's Girl

Angelina has quite a strong personality now. She likes everything to be just so and gets very upset if things do not go according to routine or if she is surrounded by unfamiliar people. She is already a very organized, structured person just like her daddy!

She also has a tooth now. I hope she is not taking after her daddy in that regard; he has had 8 extra teeth pulled! They are like a couple of beavers.

I was reading the girls a story here. They were both laughing a minute before; Melissa caught it on her camera. I have a picture from a few seconds after this, where Kaidyn is poking at Angelina and Angelina is crying. We actually have a lot of pictures like that!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Actually it's suddenly become warm and sunny up here. It was like one week of winter interrupting the summer. Angelina was in the snow from the door to the car, and she probably thought "hey, get this wet shit off my face!"

You can use our arbour Ang, and thanks for teaching me what it's called. You will be at least the 4th couple to use it. Matt's coworker has it now and apparently bought a different set of decorations for it, so there are two decorations to choose from now. Ang, did you ever check out the Guisachan House? Melissa wants to know what it costs and I can't remember. I called to ask, but they don't want to just tell you, they want you to come in.

I always thought Children's Lit would be about folklores and traditional stories around the world.

Sam, you'll have to elaborate on the drug smuggling and especially on the new boyfriend!

About everything

Hey there guys.
Just an update, Hailey is doing so well now. She is almost 3 times her birth weight now. She weighs 5 lbs 13 oz. And yes Keira, you were right, she was supposed to be due on Sept 19th, so she really is starting to look like a healthier baby now. LOL she was kinda alienish and pitiful before.

I am liking Children's Lit, but my teacher is a flake and there is SO much work for it considering it's a second year class. But we get to read a whole bunch of cool books but not really any of the classics: Artemis Fowl, Ender's Game, The Sky is Falling (which I'm so excited to read again!), and a few others that I can't think of right now. But we also get to create our own picture children's book!! Anyone have any good ideas for me? That would be much appreciated. We also are doing group projects (groan) and we did one already on Pinocchio and what the moral lessons and everything are, and then we are about to do one on the legend of King Arthur. It's so interesting. What did you like about it Sam?

Sam - OMG you seem so busy lately, that's insane.
Keira - yikes, it snowed?! Did it stick?! That would be so scary cause I'm assuming none of you have snow tires on yet, right? It would've been a great change, but I love my sunshine lol. Did you take Angelina out in it? If so, what did she think of it?

OOOH it's my bday coming up on Friday the 29th... have NO idea what to do for it... I feel like I have done so much for them before and now I can only do and think of boring things lol. What do you guys do for your bdays?

I'm Alive!

Hello my lovely cousins and friends - I am alive!

Let's see to sum up what I've been doing I am just going to randomly type things...lol....okay here it goes:
Went on vacation to Vegas, San Fran, and cabin, was in a wedding in Blaine WA, got held at border and accused of smuggling drugs, been dating someone for just over 2 months now, new jobsite for work, got a raise, going to Whistler tomorrow, Mom is coming here for 10 days, turned 24 at the end of August, one of my best friends had her baby, lost 4 pounds, planning a trip to Europe for next spring, lots of camping, going to the Canucks pre-season game on Tues etc

so that's me - haha! Glad to see everyone is doing well and love all the pictures of the babies. Key, Erin, Melissa - I can't make it up for Thanksgiving my mom is in town!

I know I've done this one before, but she looks so frigging cute in our bed! Look, she doesn't even make a bulge in the covers!

Thank you, I think she is adorable too. We went to the doctor the other day. Angelina weighs 14lbs 4oz now. Also the doctor confirmed that she has colic, not that I needed a label to know that she cries alot. Her little teeth are about to pop out; that doesn't help.

On Friday at about 10am it snowed, and I mean really snowed! Big, giant, unrelenting snowflakes. It's pretty cold and frosty up here all the time now. It's a nice change.

Hailey is so cute! She looks like a regular baby now! This is about the time she was supposed to be born, right? I always wanted to take Children's Lit but could never fit it in. Are you taking that class Rob? Tell me all about it!

Here are 2 new pics of Hailey. SHE IS HOME NOW!! Like really home this time! She's doing so well too! She nows weighs 5 lbs 6 oz and growing about 2-3 or more ozs per day. It's so exciting!

OMG Keira, Angelina is sooo adorable. She's one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. Her face is so cute - and her expressions as well!

And hmm, in Ontario I think it's legalized to go around topless for women (and obviously men), but I don't know if a lot of people take advantage of that or not.

What is new with all of you? I have just started going back to school, so I'm just getting into the groove of things again - it is insane! Taking a few interesting classes. Did you ever take Children's Literature when you were at OUC in Arts, Keira? It is a lot of work, but it seems so interesting.

Angelina is 4 months old now. She is able to suck her thumb and put things in her mouth which seems to have made her more calm. Except that yesterday she cried pretty much from 6am to 10pm, so who knows.

Hey everyone,

WOW, those pictures are amazing from up there Keira!! You guys are super lucky! Keira, now that you and Matt have decided not to move away, where are you going to live if you can't live at the Star? I guess it would be awful having the Matts drive that road every day... eek. Same with Melissa, where are you guys gonna live?

Yeah, Hailey is just so tiny. Now she weighs 4 lbs 9 oz. She is just soooo adorable. I just adore her. She had to get flown to Vancouver again because she developed a hernia and she had to go in for an operation. This was just yesterday, so I haven't heard how it went because when I talked to my sister she hadn't woken up from the anasthetic yet. She is just so precious and innocent, I feel so bad for her having to go thru all this and she's not even a month and a half old yet... Aww thanks for the bathing suit thought! I think that babies might be the only people who can get away with being naked in public (unless you're at a nude beach, or in Ontario) and people will actually smile at them LOL.
