Yesterday we did some more honeymoon research, then we went to the mall to get our passport photos... and bought our wedding rings!
This week lots of stuff will happen. We're making our deposit on the catering/location today, and will meet later in the week with the caterer and a photographer (Jess' mom). On Friday Tanya and I are meeting with 2 florists.
Another thing on the list for this week is that Matt and I plan to talk to you guys about who is doing what before and during the wedding. Like who will hold the rings, give a toast, pick up the cake etc. We're still waiting for Matt's groomsmen to join and for Bill... has anyone heard from her, cause I haven't! Bill, where are you?! Biiillllllllll!
PS Who wants to choose a baker and/or buy decorations with me?

Hey Keira.. have you found any bakers yet for your cake? I dont' know if I wanna get my grammy to make the cake any more.. she is stuck on sex in a pan.. and I hate stuff like that. so I may have to go to someone eles. Oh and can you pick me up a pack of bubbles? I like Sam's idea with the bubbles to kiss. I'll send you a check for the $10. ok? ok!

I was screening my calls for a few days, afraid that she would call, but I've since realized that she isn't speaking to me. Whew, it's nice to have one less person shitting all over me and the wedding. Previously she made me agree to go to her house this Sunday for my birthday; maybe I won't have to now. When she brings the wedding up again, I'll just do what we talked about: refuse to discuss wedding details any further, with either of the moms.
Glad to hear that you're not having any current issues with your Mom, Key....no news is good news sometimes...right? Just play your birthday dinner by ear and you're totally right just stick to what you have been
Bubbles are great Kirsten! I like Jill's idea too.....not sure how much you'll make off the Keough side though..hahaha
Bakery...hmmm does anyone who lives in Vernon/Winfield/Kelowna know of a good one?? Somewhere with yummy Strawberry shortcake! Yum!
