Daddy's Girl

Angelina has quite a strong personality now. She likes everything to be just so and gets very upset if things do not go according to routine or if she is surrounded by unfamiliar people. She is already a very organized, structured person just like her daddy!

She also has a tooth now. I hope she is not taking after her daddy in that regard; he has had 8 extra teeth pulled! They are like a couple of beavers.

I was reading the girls a story here. They were both laughing a minute before; Melissa caught it on her camera. I have a picture from a few seconds after this, where Kaidyn is poking at Angelina and Angelina is crying. We actually have a lot of pictures like that!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Actually it's suddenly become warm and sunny up here. It was like one week of winter interrupting the summer. Angelina was in the snow from the door to the car, and she probably thought "hey, get this wet shit off my face!"

You can use our arbour Ang, and thanks for teaching me what it's called. You will be at least the 4th couple to use it. Matt's coworker has it now and apparently bought a different set of decorations for it, so there are two decorations to choose from now. Ang, did you ever check out the Guisachan House? Melissa wants to know what it costs and I can't remember. I called to ask, but they don't want to just tell you, they want you to come in.

I always thought Children's Lit would be about folklores and traditional stories around the world.

Sam, you'll have to elaborate on the drug smuggling and especially on the new boyfriend!

About everything

Hey there guys.
Just an update, Hailey is doing so well now. She is almost 3 times her birth weight now. She weighs 5 lbs 13 oz. And yes Keira, you were right, she was supposed to be due on Sept 19th, so she really is starting to look like a healthier baby now. LOL she was kinda alienish and pitiful before.

I am liking Children's Lit, but my teacher is a flake and there is SO much work for it considering it's a second year class. But we get to read a whole bunch of cool books but not really any of the classics: Artemis Fowl, Ender's Game, The Sky is Falling (which I'm so excited to read again!), and a few others that I can't think of right now. But we also get to create our own picture children's book!! Anyone have any good ideas for me? That would be much appreciated. We also are doing group projects (groan) and we did one already on Pinocchio and what the moral lessons and everything are, and then we are about to do one on the legend of King Arthur. It's so interesting. What did you like about it Sam?

Sam - OMG you seem so busy lately, that's insane.
Keira - yikes, it snowed?! Did it stick?! That would be so scary cause I'm assuming none of you have snow tires on yet, right? It would've been a great change, but I love my sunshine lol. Did you take Angelina out in it? If so, what did she think of it?

OOOH it's my bday coming up on Friday the 29th... have NO idea what to do for it... I feel like I have done so much for them before and now I can only do and think of boring things lol. What do you guys do for your bdays?

I'm Alive!

Hello my lovely cousins and friends - I am alive!

Let's see to sum up what I've been doing I am just going to randomly type things...lol....okay here it goes:
Went on vacation to Vegas, San Fran, and cabin, was in a wedding in Blaine WA, got held at border and accused of smuggling drugs, been dating someone for just over 2 months now, new jobsite for work, got a raise, going to Whistler tomorrow, Mom is coming here for 10 days, turned 24 at the end of August, one of my best friends had her baby, lost 4 pounds, planning a trip to Europe for next spring, lots of camping, going to the Canucks pre-season game on Tues etc

so that's me - haha! Glad to see everyone is doing well and love all the pictures of the babies. Key, Erin, Melissa - I can't make it up for Thanksgiving my mom is in town!

Ang - Hailey is so tiny and precious, glad to hear everything is alright.
I've taken Children's Lit - I loved it!!

Anyways going out for coffee with one of my gals who got dumped this morning and then watching the season premiere of our favourite show together(Greys Anatomy) but I wanted to say hi since its been forever!!

My little Puddin' Pop



I know I've done this one before, but she looks so frigging cute in our bed! Look, she doesn't even make a bulge in the covers!

Thank you, I think she is adorable too. We went to the doctor the other day. Angelina weighs 14lbs 4oz now. Also the doctor confirmed that she has colic, not that I needed a label to know that she cries alot. Her little teeth are about to pop out; that doesn't help.

On Friday at about 10am it snowed, and I mean really snowed! Big, giant, unrelenting snowflakes. It's pretty cold and frosty up here all the time now. It's a nice change.

Hailey is so cute! She looks like a regular baby now! This is about the time she was supposed to be born, right? I always wanted to take Children's Lit but could never fit it in. Are you taking that class Rob? Tell me all about it!

Here are 2 new pics of Hailey. SHE IS HOME NOW!! Like really home this time! She's doing so well too! She nows weighs 5 lbs 6 oz and growing about 2-3 or more ozs per day. It's so exciting!

OMG Keira, Angelina is sooo adorable. She's one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. Her face is so cute - and her expressions as well!

And hmm, in Ontario I think it's legalized to go around topless for women (and obviously men), but I don't know if a lot of people take advantage of that or not.

What is new with all of you? I have just started going back to school, so I'm just getting into the groove of things again - it is insane! Taking a few interesting classes. Did you ever take Children's Literature when you were at OUC in Arts, Keira? It is a lot of work, but it seems so interesting.

How is little Hailey after her surgery? The closeup where she's looking right at the camera is so heartwarming!

Angelina is 4 months old now. She is able to suck her thumb and put things in her mouth which seems to have made her more calm. Except that yesterday she cried pretty much from 6am to 10pm, so who knows.

Do people in Ontario walk around naked?

Hey everyone,

WOW, those pictures are amazing from up there Keira!! You guys are super lucky! Keira, now that you and Matt have decided not to move away, where are you going to live if you can't live at the Star? I guess it would be awful having the Matts drive that road every day... eek. Same with Melissa, where are you guys gonna live?

Yeah, Hailey is just so tiny. Now she weighs 4 lbs 9 oz. She is just soooo adorable. I just adore her. She had to get flown to Vancouver again because she developed a hernia and she had to go in for an operation. This was just yesterday, so I haven't heard how it went because when I talked to my sister she hadn't woken up from the anasthetic yet. She is just so precious and innocent, I feel so bad for her having to go thru all this and she's not even a month and a half old yet... Aww thanks for the bathing suit thought! I think that babies might be the only people who can get away with being naked in public (unless you're at a nude beach, or in Ontario) and people will actually smile at them LOL.
